Why Choose the Model R Recliner Sofa?
Choose the Seating You Need
Not every living room needs a large sofa set. The Model R comes in different sizes, so you can choose a single armchair, a 2 seater recliner sofa or a larger set. The 3+2 option is particularly handy if you want matching seating for the family.
Recline Without a Power Socket
The manual reclining mechanism lets you lean back and raise the footrest without plugging anything in. It's straightforward to use and means you have more freedom when deciding where to place your sofa.
Soft Fabric and Plenty of Padding
The Model R is covered in chenille fabric, which feels soft to the touch. The padded seats, backrests and arms give you a comfortable place to sit, whether you're watching television or spending an evening with family.
A Sofa Made for Regular Use
The wooden frame provides support underneath the seating, while the thick cushions make the sofa comfortable for everyday use. The fabric is also relatively straightforward to look after with regular cleaning.
Colours That Work with Your Furniture
Black suits darker furniture, while Grey goes well with most neutral interiors. Brown is a good match for warmer rooms, and Cream works nicely if you prefer lighter furniture.
Size & Fit Guide
The Model R 2 seater measures 144 cm wide, while the 3 seater is 195 cm wide. Both are 90 cm high and 76 cm deep when upright. Allow enough space for the footrests to extend and check your doorways, hallways and stairs before ordering.

(FAQ’s) Common Questions
A quick lift of the side release handle frees the spring mechanism, allowing the leg rest to pop out while you tilt back to your preferred recline angle.
No, the recline mechanism is built on a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel chassis anchored to a kiln-dried hardwood frame for wobble-free stability.
Avoid jumping onto reclined leg rests. The individually encased steel pocket springs automatically maintain their shape and bounce under normal sitting use.
Yes, the reclining footrest mechanism operates at an elevated height clear of the floor, preventing carpet drag or jamming during operation.
Release the safety clips inside the rear lining fabric and slide the backrest frames upward off their vertical steel locking brackets.
