Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm your delivery window and keep you updated throughout. Clear communication, no guessing.

Can I see the sofa before buying?
We currently operate online. If you’re local and your chosen model is available in our warehouse, message us and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Do you assemble the sofa?
Most of our sofas are modular or simple assembly designs.
The couriers we use will place the sofa in your room of choice (access permitting)

As large furniture pieces are allocated specifically to your order, returns are limited unless the item is faulty.
If there’s an issue, contact us immediately and we’ll resolve it properly.
