Shipping policy

Delivery:

We use independent third-party couriers who deliver to the Mainland UK. The couriers aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks.

Two Man Delivery

• The couriers will deliver to your door between 7 am and 5 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a more specific time slot the driver will call you before they arrive.
• For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only
• A signature is required 
• If you require delivery above or below the ground floor the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the couriers. This fee does not relate to Gamzo Outlet
• Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property.
